Registered Nurse (RN) - Radiology PRN

About the role

Atrium Health Union is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) with completion of an accredited or approved nursing program and at least 6 months of relevant experience. This position is not open to new graduates.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process
• Deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures
• Use evidence-based practice and clinical decision making
• Show compassion and effective communication
• Lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience

Requirements

• Registered Nurse license issued by the state of practice
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification from the American Heart Association
• American Heart Association ACLS certification required within 6 months of hire
• One year of inpatient RN experience preferred
