Registered Nurse (RN) Radiology Full Time Day

Qualifications

• ADN
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficient computer skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Interventional radiology experience preferred
• Critical care experience preferred
• Required certifications: BLS from the American Heart Association, ACLS, Vascular Access Certification

Requirements

• Active NJ RN license or compact RN license with NJ endorsement
• On-call requirement for day shift, 40 hours full-time, Monday – Friday, every other weekend and holiday rotation

Skills

• Ability to manage clinical quality outcomes for disease-specific populations
• Knowledge of principles of growth and development
• Effective management of clinical pathways and measures clinical outcomes
• Understanding of patient satisfaction, quality of life, and other outcome measures
• Ability to assist in the development and implementation of quality improvement activities
• Assessment techniques, teaching, and evaluation to determine the effectiveness of care
• Documentation of responses to procedures when deemed necessary
• Participation in quality improvement activities
• Use of an understanding of the principles of growth and development to assess each patient's age-specific needs and provide age-specific treatment and care

Schedule
