Empower Healing & Inspire Hope as a Registered Nurse in Addiction at the Recovery Village Indianapolis PT Night position available, $3/hr Night Shift Differential Advanced Recovery Systems is a trusted, physician-led behavioral healthcare company dedicated to providing evidence-based, expert care for addiction and mental health conditions. The Recovery Village Indianapolis (RVI) is an addiction treatment center with a continuum of care for anyone struggling with substance use disorders. 71 beds, 15 beds for Detox, 34 beds for Residential, and 22 beds for Partial Hospitalization Program/Intensive Outpatient Treatment. The Registered Nurse performs a wide variety of job duties during a shift, caring for and educating patients about their medical and psychiatric conditions. Establishing trust and building rapport with patients and their families are key elements of this position. Works effectively with the facility leadership team to ensure success of the facility by completing the following: Job Duties: Ability to complete appropriate documents within the required timeframe after admission to the program. Maintains medical recordsAbility to administer medications as indicated and monitor detoxification processAbility to transcribe Physician orders and implement all Medical Protocols as orderedAbility to confer with and assist medical personnel, both internal and external resourcesAbility to provide documentation which reflects services for each patient in accordance with licensure standardsAbility to assess the medical and psychiatric needs of the patient determine the urgency of their needs and expedite treatment is requiredAbility to effectively communicate concerns about patient health to appropriate personnel and follows up as necessaryAbility to educate patients about medications, health issues and medical conditionsDemonstrates ability to take verbal orders from the medical provider, documents them in the patient record and carries them out accurately and professionallyDemonstrates ability to provide routine nursing care under the supervision of the Director of Nursing Schedule: 12-hour shifts Urgently Hiring: PT Nights (7p -7a) Requirements Minimum Associate's Degree in Nursing; Bachelor's Degree preferredMinimum two years' experience as a Registered Nurse preferred.
