Registered Nurse (RN) PT

Responsibilities

Seeking qualified RN's to work PT at Palo Verde Behavioral Health Hospital. PVBH is an 84 bed, short-term, acute care hospital offering inpatient, partial and intensive outpatient hospitalization, as well as specialized treatment programs for chemical dependency. PVBH has an excellent reputation as an innovative hospital with caring, dedicated staff.

Requirements

• Clinical experience in a psychiatric setting preferred.
• Current licensure as a Registered nurse thorough the State of Arizona.
• Certified in CPR upon hire and bi-annually thereafter.
• Handle With Care certification within 30 days of hire and re-certify as needed.
• Completed all required mandatory in-services annually.
• Absent or ability to obtain an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Completed PPD skin test or chest x-ray upon hire and as required thereafter.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited School of Nursing or baccalaureate program required.
• Certified in CPR upon hire and bi-annually thereafter.
• Must possess or obtain and be able to perform Handle With Care within 30 days of hire and re-certify as needed.
• Must complete all required mandatory in-services annually.
• Must possess an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card or the ability to obtain.
• Must be tested for Tuberculosis with a PPD skin test or chest x-ray upon hire and as required thereafter.
