About the role

This is an evening position (3pm - 11:30pm) with the opportunity to work either full-time (32 hrs/week) or part-time (24 hrs/week). There is opportunity for overtime and to cover various shifts if interested.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent care, comfort, and security to patients and families at their most vulnerable times.
  • Part of a large, nationwide network of peer nurses and nursing leaders who educate the field, routinely exchange ideas, and review current topics within the industry.
  • Grow, learn, and advance in your career through Charge, Supervisor and Nurse Manager-in-training programs and nursing executive tract.
  • Enjoy a sense of belonging and trust through expanding experience and diverse programming.

Requirements

  • Current license to practice nursing in Massachusetts (or eligible to receive or renew).
  • BSN preferred.
  • 2 years prior hospital nursing experience preferred.
  • 1 year prior behavioral health nursing experience preferred.
