Registered Nurse (RN) - Progressive Care Unit (PCU) - Part Time - Day Shift - 24 Hours Per Week - Union Hospital (Maryland)

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated, energetic RN to join our interdisciplinary team in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU). This role works closely with pharmacy, respiratory, intensivists, PAs, and other consultants to provide patient-centered care. The intensivist is housed directly on the ICU unit, facilitating communication and enabling high-quality patient care. This is a great opportunity to start or grow your critical care knowledge, especially if you are looking to advance your skills in caring for acutely ill patients.

Position: Part-time (24 hours per week) on the Day Shift. Typical shift is 7am - 7pm, including holidays and weekends per department guidelines.

Requirements

• BSN required. ADN candidates must commit to obtaining a BSN within three years of hire and will be considered with relevant experience.
• At least one year of acute care experience required.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS preferred; must be obtained within 3 months of hire if not already certified.

Pay

Hourly pay range: $41.28 - $66.05. The actual salary offered within this range will depend on individual factors including skills, relevant experience, and qualifications.
