Registered Nurse (RN) – PRN – Home Health

About the role

A Registered Nurse (RN) in Home Health at Vivie provides compassionate and personalized skilled nursing care to clients in their homes. The role involves direct client care, education, supervision, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct client care, initiating preventative and rehabilitative nursing procedures.
• Maintain accurate client records and billing using Vivie’s EMR system.
• Demonstrate understanding of payer sources and authorization requirements.
• Complete and document supervisory visits with LPNs and HHAs in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality care, organizing and directing skilled nursing services.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, physicians, referral sources, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Participate in team meetings, special projects, or assist in other areas of the organization to meet client needs efficiently.

Requirements

The role requires a current RN license in the state of Minnesota, CPR certification within 6 months of hire, a valid driver's license, and access to an insured personal vehicle. Ability to pass a state-mandated background check is also necessary.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Physical capability to perform job duties, including driving to client locations and providing hands-on care.

Pay

$40.00 - $49.00/hour (non-exempt), based on experience, qualifications, and location.

Schedule

PRN | Minimum 3 shifts per month | Monday to Friday | 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Additional Details
