Registered Nurse, RN, PRN, Flexible Schedule

About the Role

Concierge Home Care is hiring Home Health Registered Nurses (RN) to provide 1:1 patient care in the home, offering flexibility, autonomy, and the ability to control your schedule and income. Coverage area includes Melbourne, FL 32935 and Brevard County, with territories designed to minimize drive time through clustered scheduling. The role features AI‑assisted charting to reduce documentation time, a user‑friendly EMR (WellSky/Kinnser), structured onboarding and mentorship, ongoing clinical training, free CEUs, and career advancement opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Provide skilled nursing care and patient education
• Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
• Complete documentation using streamlined, AI-assisted tools

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
• Home health experience preferred, but not required

Pay

• Pay-per-visit model: $45–$50 per visit + Medicare differential pay
• Average modified full-time earnings: $85K+ annually
