Concierge Home Care is hiring Home Health Registered Nurses (RN) in the Fort Lauderdale, FL / Broward County area. Territories are designed to minimize drive time with clustered scheduling. This role offers a pay-per-visit model with flexible employment options including full-time, modified, and PRN schedules, allowing you to create and manage your own schedule with no hospital shifts or 12‑hour rotations.

• Pay-per-visit: $45–$51 per visit + Medicare differential pay

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Provide skilled nursing care and patient education
• Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
• Complete documentation using streamlined, AI‑assisted tools

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
• Home health experience preferred, but not required
