Registered Nurse (RN) PRN Centennial

Responsibilities

• Delivers exceptional patient care utilizing guidelines of care and appropriate resources, including personnel, services, supplies, and equipment.
• Reviews, evaluates, and takes appropriate action regarding results of diagnostic tests.
• Administers medications according to appropriate policy.
• Assists with patient care activities as required.
• Makes regular phone calls to advise/educate patients.
• Assists with treatment plan/education as necessary and re-directs as needed.
• Makes appropriate documentation entries in the medical management system/EMR.

Requirements

• Must have one (1) year of orthopedic nursing experience.
• Must have a TN state RN nursing license.
• Must maintain BLS certification at all times.
• Must comply with HIPAA requirements at all times.
• Must have knowledge of the healthcare field and medical specialty.
• Requires travel to and from satellite clinics, so a valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) upon hire are necessary (MVR will be screened annually).

Qualifications

• Basic education necessary for Nursing license required.
• BSN preferred.
