Job Summary

Visiting Angels, a national leader in non-medical home care, seeks a Registered Nurse (RN), PRN for the Frederick County (Winchester) and Northern Shenandoah Valley areas. The role involves performing client care services, ensuring compliance with regulations, and training caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Perform client care services including assessments and care plan development.
• Maintain adherence to Virginia Home Care regulations and standards.
• Coach and instruct caregivers.
• Report to the Administrator.
• Assess caregiver's skillset during orientation.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of acute/skilled or non-skilled home care nursing experience.
• Flexible, positive working attitude.
• Detailed oriented with a strong commitment to client service excellence.
• Current Virginia RN licensure.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and car insurance.
• Basic computer skills: Microsoft Word.
• Flexible, part-time position.
