Registered Nurse (RN) | PRN

About the role

Radford Green at Sedgebrook is seeking a hospitality-focused RN to join their team. The RN will be responsible for completing clinical reports as directed by the DON, administering medications and treatments, assisting with resident care, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring resident safety.

Responsibilities

• Administers medications.
• Administers treatments, including but not limited to: dressings, catheterization, suctioning, oxygen, etc.
• Assists in direct resident care as necessary.
• Maintains accurate documentation of medication administered and care rendered.
• Affirms resident safety at all times.
• Keeps physician and family aware of changes in resident's condition.

Requirements

• Current nursing license valid in state worked.
• Willingness to be available for any/all emergencies regarding the community.

Pay

$40 per hour, PRN rate. Shift differential of $1.50 per hour.

Schedule

Every other weekend, night shift (11PM - 7:30AM).
