Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized resident care plans.
- Administer medications, treatments, and nursing procedures as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor residents' conditions and promptly communicate changes to the healthcare team.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate quality resident care.
- Supervise, mentor, and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and other nursing staff.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility policies and regulations.
- Provide compassionate, resident-centered care while preserving dignity and respect.
- Respond confidently and effectively to emergencies and changing resident needs.
Qualifications
- Current and active California Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Experience in skilled nursing, post-acute care, or long-term care is preferred but not required.
Pay
Competitive PRN pay of $50.00 per hour.
