Position Summary: Registered Nurse (RN) We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. In this role, you will provide direct nursing care to residents while collaborating with physicians, rehabilitation professionals, and other members of the interdisciplinary team to ensure the highest standards of care within our long-term care and rehabilitation setting. Qualifications Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) licenseStrong clinical skills and knowledge of geriatric and rehabilitation careExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environmentCompassionate, resident-focused approach to careCurrent BLS/CPR certification required Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality, resident-centered nursing careAssess, monitor, and document residents’ health conditions and progressAdminister medications and treatments as orderedIdentify and promptly communicate changes in resident conditionCollaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plansProvide education and support to residents and their familiesMaintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility policies and state and federal regulationsPromote a safe, comfortable, and therapeutic environment for residentsSupervise and support nursing assistants to help ensure quality care delivery We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
