Registered Nurse (RN) - PRN - Anderson Wound Care Center -

About the role

The Registered Nurse will manage patient care in the healthcare continuum to achieve optimal outcomes in a safe and cost-effective manner. They will demonstrate skills in collaboration, delegation, negotiation, and resource management.

Responsibilities

• Care for patients with chronic wounds that are not healing properly.
• Perform initial assessments and charting.
• Provide discharge instructions and dressing changes.
• Function in a case management role.
• Work in the Anderson Wound Care Clinic.

Requirements

• Demonstrate performance consistent with professional standards of practice, care, the Nurse Practice Act, and the mission and goals of Community Health Network.
• Graduate from an NLN, CCNE, ACEN, or NLN CNEA accredited nursing program.
• Have three years of related professional nursing experience.
• Be licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid Indiana license in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC).
