Registered Nurse (RN)- PRN- Adult Neuro Rehab
About the Role
We are currently seeking a PRN Registered Nurse (RN) to support the needs in our Johns Creek, GA program. This position provides registered nursing and facilitation services for assigned clients within the designated site. The nurse is responsible for assessment and interventions for assigned residential clients, designing and implementing treatment strategies based on scientific nursing theory, evidence-based practice, and principles to promote health and medical stability. The nurse also provides training to clients or family members on promoting health, wellness, and medical stability, as well as training staff. The Registered Nurse directs the practice of LPNs and/or CMAs on the unit and may participate in the program’s on-call rotation.
Requirements
- State licensure as a Registered Nurse, preferably with a degree in nursing (BSN)
- At least 18 years of age
- Valid driver’s license and responsible driving behaviors
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
