Registered Nurse (RN) - Primary Care

About the role
Responsible for patient triage, patient education, and assisting physicians in the assessment of patient needs and treatment plan(s). Maintain chart documentation to ensure all information about patient is completed and documented correctly.
Requirements
- Graduated from state approved school of nursing or an accredited school (required)
- Academic degree in nursing (Bachelor's or master’s degree) (preferred)
- 2 years of clinical experience in a physician office (required)
- Current State RN license and AHA BLS (required)
