Registered Nurse (RN) - Primary Care
Join the Primary Care team located in the MaineHealth John F. Andrews Health Center on the MaineHealth Saint Andrews Campus as a Per Diem, day shift Registered Nurse. This role offers the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with patients while working in a collaborative outpatient environment.
About the role
As a Primary Care RN, you'll work closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, medical assistants, and other members of the care team to support patients across all stages of life. You'll perform patient assessments, provide telephone triage, administer medications and immunizations, assist with procedures, coordinate care, provide patient and family education, and help patients manage acute and chronic health conditions. This role offers the opportunity to use a broad range of nursing skills while developing lasting relationships with patients and families.

This is a Registered Nurse 2 vacancy open to candidates with greater than 1 year of RN work experience.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (BSN preferred)
- Current applicable state(s) license as a Registered Professional Nurse
- Current BLS certification (or must obtain within 30 days of start date)
- One year of recent RN experience

Pay
The pay range for this per diem position is $34.35 to $46.46 per hour, determined on a prorated basis consistent with scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
