MaineHealth is offering a $10,000 Sign on bonus for all eligible Registered Nurses with up to 2 years of RN experience and $20,000 for those with more than 2 years of experience. Eligible candidates are hired into a Full or Part time RN position. The bonus amount is prorated for Part time hires, and not specified for Per Diem hires.

Summary
The MH Registered Nurse - Ambulatory Care role provides high quality care to patients and families through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, and performs various patient care services to assist physicians/advanced practice practitioners.
Responsibilities
- Provides high quality care to patients and families through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Performs a wide variety of patient care services to assist physicians/advanced practice practitioners in delivering excellent care to patients of the practice.
- Works Monday-Friday, 8-hour day shifts, with no commitment to weekends, major holidays, or on-call work.
- Supports the clinical team through a variety of ambulatory and clerical responsibilities.
- May receive relocation assistance for eligible candidates.

Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required; BSN preferred.
- Current applicable state(s) license as a Registered Professional Nurse required.
- Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.
- One year of recent RN experience required.
- Automatic advancement from RN I level if all onboarding requirements are complete, including the New Grad Residency (where available).
Qualifications
- Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required; BSN preferred.
- Certifications: Current applicable state(s) license as a Registered Professional Nurse required. Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.
