Registered Nurse (RN) - Primary Care

Join the Primary Care team at Waldo Medical Facility and become part of a collaborative practice dedicated to providing exceptional care close to home. In this full-time, 36-hour nursing role, you'll work alongside experienced providers, nurses, medical assistants, and support staff in a team-oriented environment focused on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
You'll support patients through preventive care, chronic disease management, patient education, care coordination, and wellness initiatives while helping them achieve their health goals. Primary care offers the opportunity to develop lasting relationships with patients and families, providing continuity of care that allows you to see the direct impact of your work over time. You'll play an important role in helping patients navigate their healthcare journey while serving as a trusted resource and advocate.

Responsibilities
The MH Registered Nurse - Ambulatory Care role provides high-quality care to patients and families through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, and performs a wide variety of patient care services to assist physicians/advanced practice practitioners in delivering excellent care to patients of the practice.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required; BSN preferred.
- Current applicable state(s) license as a Registered Professional Nurse required.
- Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.
- One year of recent RN experience required.
- Automatic advancement from RN I level if all onboarding requirements are complete, including the New Grad Residency (where available).

- Up to $10,000 sign-on bonus for eligible Registered Nurses with 0-2 years of experience and $20,000 for experienced Registered Nurses with greater than 2 years of experience (prorated for part-time hires; per diem hires are ineligible).

Pay
The pay range for this position is $34.35 to $46.46 per hour. Compensation for part-time positions is determined on a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
