Registered Nurse (RN) - PICU

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-acuity pediatric care in a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU). Key Responsibilities Include Administering medications, treatments, and ventilator support Monitoring and documenting patient conditions Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams Ensuring compliance with safety standards and policies Qualifications Active Massachusetts RN license Minimum of 2 years recent PICU experience Current BLS & ACLS certification (PALS preferred) Must pass background screening Skills And Attributes Clinically confident and adaptable Able to work in fast-paced, high-acuity environments Strong communication and teamwork skills Role Details Employment type: PRN, self-scheduling Shift options: 12-hour day or night shifts Compensation: $60.00-$62.00/hour W2 employee with benefits including weekly pay, insurance, and referral bonuses **Responsibilities include delivering compassionate care to critically ill children, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.**
