About the role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a PRN position in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) in Boston, MA. This is a W2 employment role.
Responsibilities
- Providing high-acuity pediatric patient care
- Administering medications, treatments, and ventilator support
- Monitoring and documenting patient conditions
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary pediatric care teams
- Ensuring compliance with facility policies and safety standards
Qualifications
- Active Massachusetts RN license
- Minimum of 2 years recent PICU experience
- Current BLS & ACLS certification (PALS preferred)
- American Heart Association certification
- Ability to pass background screening
