About the role

The Registered Nurse (RN) at Sherwood Oaks is responsible for the clinical and administrative needs of the neighborhood (unit). This role coordinates and supports the individualized plan of care for community residents, implements nursing goals through assessment, planning, organizing, and evaluating nursing interventions, and supervises, provides leadership and direction to community team members to ensure quality of care and services are provided.

Requirements

• Hold a valid, current RN License in good standing.
• Possess excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Able to effectively interact with both residents and team members.
• Demonstrate excellent teamwork.
• Experience in Senior Living preferred.
• Experience in memory care (dementia or Alzheimer’s) preferred.
• Proven leadership experience preferred.

Pay

$31.50/hour - $40.50/hour + BSN Differential; Depending on experience and shift

Schedule

24 hours/week, 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM with every other weekend rotation
