Your Pay
- Registered Nurse: ($45 - $50 / hour)
Your Schedule
- 1-on-1 Skilled Home Visits (2 hr, 4 hr, 8 hr, 12 hr shifts)
- Part-time and/or Per Diem
Your Responsibilities
- Port/PICC line, TPN, IV Pain meds, and Fluids/TPN Medication Administration
- Wound Care
- Skilled Nursing services
- Provide thoughtful care to client & patients based on personalized Plan of Care
- Maintain and track changes in the client/patient’s conditions and needs
- Keep the Director of Nursing and any other appropriate personnel informed
- Proactively update client/patients’ family on plan of care, health changes, and concerns
