Registered Nurse - RN - Part- Time / Per Diem

Responsibilities

• Assessing patient health problems and administering nursing care
• Maintaining vital medical records and implementing nursing care plans
• Providing guidance on health maintenance and medications
• Assigning duties, delegating responsibilities, and coordinating patient care
• Administering medications and performing treatments as prescribed
• Reporting patient symptoms, reactions, and progress
• Completing monthly summaries on nursing and assisted living residents
• Promoting patient independence and providing direct nursing care when necessary
• Assuming all other duties as assigned by DNS
• Demonstrating knowledge and competence through vigilant patient observation and assessment
• Developing and implementing nursing care plans and therapeutic relationships
• Supervising and teaching other personnel and maintaining up-to-date knowledge

Requirements

• Graduation from a state-accredited school of nursing
• Certified Registered Nurse (RN) license to practice professional nursing in the State of New Hampshire
• Progressive experience in the nursing field

Qualifications

• Current licensure to practice professional nursing in the State of New Hampshire
