Responsibilities

• Administer IV and injection therapies
• Provide patient education
• Support overall wellness through guidance on nutrition, exercise, and preventive health measures

Requirements

• Schedule: Per diem position with 2 scheduling options
• Pay: $45 base hourly rate + competitive tips (up to $15 per hour!)
• Locations: Newport Beach, Newport Center, Newport -Westcliff, Corona Del Mar, Irvine Michelson, Irvine Center, Irvine Northpark, Huntington Beach Adams, Huntington Beach Seacliff, plus occasional on-call and OC Mobile IV shifts.

Qualifications

• Current BLS certification required
• BSN or diploma in nursing
• Valid RN License with no sanctions, past or present
• Two years of related experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• In-depth knowledge of IV Clinic procedures
• Proficient in-patient charting systems, scheduling systems, Microsoft Office, or related software
• Excellent organizational skills and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of great customer service, general sales, and patient care

Skills

• Ability to maintain accurate, detailed reports and health records
• Ability to promote membership programs, packages and treatment plans to patients
• Ability to modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patients' responses and conditions
• Ability to work with the District Manager to maintain nursing supplies inventory
• Ability to keep the clinic in compliance with Hydration Room inspections before and after each shift
• Ability to maintain a safe, secure, and clean environment for customers
• Ability to oversee Wellness Coordinator staff at clinics
• Ability to maintain documentation of patient care services
• Ability to train new staff
• Ability to deliver Five Star Customer Service to ensure our patients have a positive experience in the clinic
• Ability to uphold standards of behavior as defined by the company's Core Values, Code of Conduct, and Operational Guidelines

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Must be able to traverse the entire facility
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
