About the role
We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for per diem hospital assignments in the Hampton Roads area. This role involves providing high-quality patient care in acute care settings, including ICU, Telemetry, and Emergency departments.
Responsibilities
- Assessing, monitoring, and documenting patient conditions
- Administering medications and treatments
- Monitoring cardiac rhythms and specialized equipment
- Collaborating with healthcare teams
- Educating patients and families
Qualifications
- Active Virginia RN license
- Minimum of 3 years recent nursing experience in ICU or Telemetry
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Up-to-date TB test and COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption
