Registered Nurse (RN) - Pediatric Med Surg

About the role

As a Registered Nurse, you will coordinate and provide safe, quality care to patients utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. You will assist in organizing patient care activities and make a meaningful impact in patients' lives while enjoying a supportive work environment that fosters professional growth and work-life balance.

Up to $5,000 sign-on bonus (SOB) for qualified candidates, paid over 24 months.

Responsibilities

• Assess physical, psychosocial, educational, and growth and development needs of the patient.
• Develop a written plan of care using assessment data.
• Implement nursing care plan on assigned patients.
• Evaluate patient's response to interventions.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of a Registered Nurse Program
• Experience: None required
• License: Registered Nurse (RN)
• Certification: BLS/CPR (American Heart Association) required; ACLS and PALS (American Heart Association) within 180 days of hire/transfer effective date
