About the role

Oversee nursing staff in patient care units.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing personnel activities across one or more units.
• Ensure patient needs are met through evaluation of nursing care and performance.
• Participate in planning and organizing work, as well as collaborating with related departments.
• Plan and lead training, guidance, and educational programs for staff.
• Perform related duties to maintain quality care standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Academic degree in nursing required; Bachelor’s or Master’s preferred.
• Current licensure or certification to practice nursing according to state laws.
• CPR certification is required.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
