We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections with real content. We have content: Position Summary (maybe "About the role"?). The posting includes "Position Summary" paragraph. Could map to "About the role". Also "Responsibilities" list. "Requirements" list. There's also "About Mary Bridge Children’s" which is more about organization; could be "About the role"? Actually "About Mary Bridge Children’s" is about the hospital; could be separate section maybe "About the organization". But allowed headings list includes only those specific ones; we can use any of those headings. We could use "About the role" for Position Summary, and maybe "About Mary Bridge Children’s" could be omitted or placed under "About the role"? But we must preserve all substantive information. Could create a section "About the role" containing Position Summary paragraph plus maybe the About Mary Bridge Children’s paragraph? But that might mix. Better to have two sections: "About the role" (Position Summary) and "About Mary Bridge Children’s" not in allowed headings; but we could use "About the role" for both? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It says e.g., meaning those are examples, not exclusive? It says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Likely they expect only those headings. So we should map content to those headings. We have: Position Summary -> About the role. Responsibilities -> Responsibilities. Requirements -> Requirements. Qualifications? Not separate; maybe Requirements covers qualifications. Skills? Not explicit. Benefits -> Benefits (we have benefits description). Pay -> Pay (we have pay range). Schedule -> Schedule (we have FTE: 0.01 Shift: Per Diem Schedule: Variable shifts.) We also have "About Mary Bridge Children’s" which is about the organization; could be placed under "About the role" as additional paragraph. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. We must remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. Not present. We must not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to preserve all substantive information. Let's extract: Position Summary paragraph: "We’re seeking a staff RN to join our incredible hospital-based team. This is an excellent opportunity to utilize your specialized training, knowledge, and nursing care with a multidisciplinary approach. It’s an exciting time to be a nurse at MultiCare. We are on a journey to become a best-in-class nursing organization. Together, we are creating an environment where nurses are owners in the clinical decision-making process, are well connected, have open communication with their colleagues, feel supported to develop professionally, and understand the future of nursing at MultiCare." Also earlier intro: "Where kids and families are always first At MultiCare Mary Bridge Children’s Hospital & Health Network, caring for kids is more than what we do — it’s our purpose. As the state-designated Level II Pediatric Trauma Center and the only pediatric hospital in Washington’s South Sound, we provide a comprehensive network of care designed specifically for children and adolescents. Our vision is to be the safest, highest-quality place for children to receive care, where every child has a medical home and every family feels supported. FTE: 0.01 Shift: Per Diem Schedule: Variable shifts." That intro includes FTE etc. Might be considered metadata; but we need to preserve substantive info. Could include that in About the role or maybe a separate short p for metadata. The instruction: do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. So we can include a short p for FTE, Shift, Schedule maybe. But we also have a Schedule section later; we need to include schedule info there. Let's structure:

About the role

Where kids and families are always first At MultiCare Mary Bridge Children’s Hospital & Health Network, caring for kids is more than what we do — it’s our purpose.

We’re seeking a staff RN to join our incredible hospital-based team. This is an excellent opportunity to utilize your specialized training, knowledge, and nursing care with a multidisciplinary approach. It’s an exciting time to be a nurse at MultiCare. We are on a journey to become a best-in-class nursing organization. Together, we are creating an environment where nurses are owners in the clinical decision-making process, are well connected, have open communication with their colleagues, feel supported to develop professionally, and understand the future of nursing at MultiCare.

Then maybe a short p for FTE etc: but we have Schedule section. We'll have:

Responsibilities

  • Organize patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering and evaluating on an ongoing basis
  • Utilize the knowledge base of nursing education and experience to deliver nursing care using the nursing process according to hospital policies, procedures and protocols
  • Collaborate with the nursing team to facilitate overall improvement in quality of care, patient experience and cost reduction
  • Foster a learning environment for patients/families, nursing staff and members of the health care team
  • Advocate for ethical and holistic care promoting the autonomy, dignity, and health of patients from diverse ethnic and social backgrounds
Note: original responsibilities lines were concatenated without punctuation; we split.

  • ACLS or NALS or PALS or TNCC or NRP certification, as required by facility or department

About Mary Bridge Children’s

Not allowed heading. Could we incorporate into About the role? Might be okay to add another

About the organization? Not in list but maybe acceptable as it's substantive. The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but says use

for section headings (e.g ...). Likely they expect only those headings. Safer to incorporate that info into About the role or maybe a separate

without heading. We'll add a paragraph after About the role about Mary Bridge Children’s. Thus About the role will have two paragraphs: intro about kids/families, then Position Summary, then About Mary Bridge Children’s paragraph. Let's extract About Mary Bridge Children’s paragraph: "For more than 70 years, MultiCare Mary Bridge Children’s Hospital & Health Network has cared for children and families across the South Sound. Anchored by an 82-bed pediatric hospital in Tacoma, Mary Bridge offers a Level IV Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, a 24-hour pediatric-only Emergency Department and a state-designated Level II Pediatric Trauma Center. As a comprehensive pediatric health network, Mary Bridge delivers expert, family-centered care across inpatient, outpatient and specialty services, supported by multidisciplinary teams dedicated to the unique needs of every child and family we serve." Then "Why Mary Bridge Children's?" bullet points: Built for children and families..., Award-winning care..., Growing for the future..., Well-being and support..., Living our values..., Pacific Northwest lifestyle... These are substantive; we could include them as a list under About the role or maybe a separate section "Why Mary Bridge Children's?" but not in allowed headings. Could incorporate as a list under About the role. We must preserve all substantive info. So we can add a

under About the role for those bullet points. Thus About the role will contain: - Intro paragraph (where kids...) - Position Summary paragraph - About Mary Bridge Children’s paragraph (history) - Why Mary Bridge Children's? list (maybe as
with items) Now Benefits: we have "We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off." Also "Associated benefit information can be viewed here." We'll keep the first sentence. Pay: we have pay scale $48.67 - $93.91 USD and explanation. Schedule: we have FTE: 0.01 Shift: Per Diem Schedule: Variable shifts. We'll create Schedule section with that info. Now ensure no filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. Now output HTML fragment only. Let's craft. Be careful to escape any HTML special characters? Not needed. We'll produce:
