Registered Nurse RN PCU General

About the role

Banner Del E. Webb Medical Center is seeking a RN to join our General PCU 3W/3B team. This position works nights, 2 / 12-hour shifts per week, from 7PM - 7:30AM.

Responsibilities

• Achieve high-quality, safe, and efficient patient care using critical thinking and nursing skills.
• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document nursing care for patients.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and revise patient care plans.
• Delegate tasks to other licensed nurses and other personnel as appropriate.
• Evaluate patient progress and effectiveness of teaching.
• Communicate patient status accurately and promptly to other caregivers.
• Participate in research activities and contribute to improving patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Current, valid RN license in state of practice, temporary/interim RN license, or compact RN licensure.
• BLS certification.
• One year experience in an acute care hospital setting preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Professional certification preferred.

Pay

• $24.68 - $30.00 per hour.

Schedule

• Night shift, 2 / 12-hour shifts per week, from 7PM - 7:30AM.
• Additional flat rate $3/hour weekend shift differential when applicable.
