About the role

Registered Nurse (RN) in a state-of-the-art Cardiac Tower and Progressive Care Unit (PCU).

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate care to complex cardiothoracic and post-surgical patients
• Monitor high-acuity patients
• Manage IV drips, chest tubes, central lines, and telemetry
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• Recognize and respond to patient condition changes
• Deliver patient-centered care focused on quality outcomes

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Wisconsin or eligible via compact
• BLS certification required
• ACLS preferred
