Registered Nurse (RN) - Patient Flow Coordinator

About the Role

The Flow Coordinator manages the daily operations of the Cath & EP Labs, ensuring safe and efficient patient care and procedural flow in a mission-driven environment focused on compassionate, collaborative care.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient schedules, staffing, and collaborate with physicians, staff, and logistics to optimize productivity.
• Promote quality care and support staff performance.
• Participate in process improvements and assist during procedures.
• Maintain clinical competency and facilitate ongoing education.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of Cath Lab experience with interventional cardiac procedures.
• Associates or Bachelor's Nursing degree preferred.
• Certifications in ACLS, BLS, and RN licensure required.
• Willingness to be on call, including holidays and weekends, and report within 30 minutes if called.
