About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide comprehensive nursing care for residents, emphasizing our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care”.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring a safe environment for residents, staff, and visitors
• Performing nursing evaluations and assessments
• Initiating and supervising individualized care plans
• Coordinating assignments with care team members to ensure resident satisfaction

Qualifications

Qualifications include current RN license and CPR certification. Prior experience in senior, skilled, or post-acute care is preferred, but new grads are welcome. Ideal candidates should possess strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills.
