We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections where there is real specific content. No job title heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate like EEOC, etc. Also remove application instructions (none). Need to preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Job Type: Full time | Varied 12-hour shift, every other weekend and holiday rotation Up to $20,000 bonus for eligible candidates We have Pay: Up to $20,000 bonus for eligible candidates (maybe also base compensation not given). So we can include Pay section with that detail. Schedule: Varied 12-hour shift, every other weekend and holiday rotation. Also mention flexible scheduling, full-time nurses work three 12-hour shifts, day shift options varying (primarily 7A) and night shift offered as consistent 7P schedules. So schedule details. Benefits: Comprehensive Benefits: Multiple levels of medical, dental and vision coverage for full-time and part-time employees. Financial Protection & PTO: Life, accident, critical illness, hospital indemnity insurance, short- and long-term disability, paid family leave and paid time off. Financial & Career Growth: Higher education and certification tuition assistance, loan assistance and 401(k) retirement package and company match. Employee Well-being: Mental, physical, and financial wellness programs (free gym memberships, virtual care appointments, mental health services and discount programs). Professional Development: Ongoing learning and career advancement opportunities. Also "Your experience matters" etc but that's fluff. About the role: description of unit, team, etc. Responsibilities: list of duties under "How you'll contribute" bullet points. Requirements/Qualifications/Skills: Applicants should have a current state RN license and possess a bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include: Basic Life Support certification Experience in medical nursing and oncology nursing preferred Oncology Nursing Certification upon meeting eligibility preferred Also maybe "Maintains proficiency in Conemaugh Connect as applicable." etc but those are responsibilities. We need to decide sections: About the role (description of unit, team). Responsibilities (the long list). Requirements (license, BSN, BLS, experience preferred). Qualifications maybe same as requirements; but we should not duplicate. Could combine Requirements and Qualifications into one? The instruction says use headings for those sections if content exists. We can have both Requirements and Qualifications if distinct. But we can also just have Requirements covering license, BSN, BLS, preferred experience, etc. Skills maybe not separate. We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to output only HTML fragment. Let's craft:

We need to ensure no duplicate content. Also ensure we didn't include boilerplate like EEOC statement. We removed that. Check for any repeated lines: we have "Demonstrates understanding and knowledge of patient's rights" appears twice in responsibilities list; we should keep only one occurrence. Let's deduplicate. Also "Maintains proficiency in Conemaugh Connect as applicable." appears once. Also "Attends educational sessions to gain knowledge about new treatment options, procedures, or equipment." appears once. Also "Initiates and updates plan of care as necessary." appears once. Also "Follows hospital policies with patients in isolation." appears once. Also "Completes age specific competencies as directed." appears once. Also "Maintains competency of alternatives and use of restraints." appears once. Also "Performs 5 moments of hand hygiene." appears once.
