Registered Nurse (RN) - PACU/Pre-op

Position Overview: This role involves providing patient-centered care in a busy Ambulatory Surgery Center, working within collaborative interdisciplinary teams under the supervision of the Nurse Manager. Responsibilities Utilize evidence-based practices in accordance with the State Nurse Practice Act, hospital policies, and medical staff directives.Develop and implement individualized care plans addressing the physical, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and educational needs of patients and their families.Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure high-quality outpatient care. Qualifications & Skills Current Connecticut RN License and graduation from an accredited nursing program.1-2 years of relevant nursing experience.Highly motivated, organized, and able to multitask effectively.Leadership skills with willingness to take on projects and departmental tasks.
