Registered Nurse (RN) - PACU

About the role

Provide comprehensive, safe, and cost-effective patient care utilizing the nursing process.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver patient care based on individual needs.
• Ensure adherence to safety, risk management, and infection control standards.
• Document care accurately in electronic health records.
• Provide pre- and post-operative care instructions.
• Support patients through specialized invasive procedures.

Requirements

• Graduate from a nursing program (BSN preferred).
• Minimum six months of medical/surgical or monitored patient care experience.
• Current Florida RN license.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS.
• Ability to complete unit-specific competencies.
• Participate in call rotations.
