Registered Nurse (RN) - PACU

Role: Registered Nurse providing comprehensive, safe, and cost-effective patient care utilizing the nursing process. Responsibilities: Coordinate and deliver patient care based on individual needs, ensure adherence to safety, risk management, and infection control standards, and document care accurately in electronic health records. Provide pre- and post-operative care instructions and support patients through specialized invasive procedures. Qualifications: Graduate from a nursing program with a preferred BSN, minimum six months of medical/surgical or monitored patient care experience, and current Florida RN license. Certifications include BLS, ACLS, and PALS. Ability to complete unit-specific competencies and participate in call rotations is required. Skills: Strong clinical judgment, evidence-based practice adherence, documentation accuracy, and teamwork. Preferred membership in professional organizations and successful completion of unit-specific assessments.
