Registered Nurse (RN) - Outpatient Oncology Infusions (Part Time)

Role: Registered Nurse responsible for delivering high-quality patient care within a collaborative care team, serving as a key liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers. Responsibilities include: Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care to promote positive outcomes.Delivering safe, effective, and patient-centered care while maintaining documentation of assessments, interventions, and patient responses.Advocating for patients and families, addressing concerns, providing education, and ensuring satisfaction.Participating in performance improvement initiatives and supporting organizational goals.Contributing to a positive work environment through mentorship, professionalism, and adherence to standards. Qualifications and Skills: Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.Current RN license (single-state or multi-state compact).Required certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) and other relevant licenses.Strong communication, clinical judgment, teamwork, and commitment to professional growth. Additional Duties: Support quality improvement, uphold confidentiality and safety standards, participate in shared governance, and engage in ongoing professional development.
