Part Time Registered Nurse - Outpatient Oncology Infusions

Role: Registered Nurse responsible for delivering high-quality patient care within a collaborative care team. Responsibilities: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care; coordinate patient flow; maintain accurate documentation; advocate for patients and communicate effectively with families and staff.Participate in performance improvement initiatives, support shared governance, and contribute to safety and confidentiality standards.Promote patient and family satisfaction through active listening, education, and personalized care.Support professional growth by maintaining licenses, certifications, and engaging in ongoing development.Mentor and foster a positive work environment, uphold professionalism, and contribute to organizational goals. Qualifications & Skills: Associate’s or Bachelor’s Nursing degree (preferred).Current RN licensure (single-state or multi-state compact).Required certifications: BLS.Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.Commitment to professional development and patient-centered care.
