Registered Nurse (RN), Outpatient Infusion-Full Time Days
for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate like EEO, etc. Must preserve all substantive info.
We need to parse the posting.
Content:
- Intro: "Start the day excited to make a difference…end the day knowing you did. Come join our team. This Position is for a Chemo Certified RN"
- Job Summary: The Level II Competent Registered Nurse is clinically able to care for patients... etc.
- Practice Standards for a Level II Registered Nurse: list of areas: Exemplary Professional Practice Standards, Structural Empowerment Practice Standards, Transformational Leadership Practice Standards, New Knowledge, Innovations, and Improvement Practice Standards.
- Essential Functions & Responsibilities: list of bullet points (starting with Direct and coordinate nursing care... etc.)
- ASN Qualifications and Compensation Pay Grade Range: $38.65 - $49.19 USD Hourly ... (list of qualifications)
- BSN Qualifications and Compensation Pay Grade Range: $40.31 - $51.31 USD Hourly ... (list of qualifications)
- MWHC will not discriminate... (EEO) -> remove.
- We are also committed to equitable and transparent compensation practices... (maybe keep? It's about compensation practices but not specific pay; but it's generic; we can drop as boilerplate.)
- Required Physical Requirements: list.
- Mental Requirements: list.
- Environmental Requirements and Exposure Hazards: list.
- "It is the policy of Mary Washington Healthcare to provide reasonable accommodations..." -> maybe keep? It's about accommodations; could be considered part of Requirements? Might be considered boilerplate but it's specific policy. Might keep under Requirements or a separate section? The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. This is about accommodations, not EEO; it's a policy statement. Might be considered legal boilerplate? Probably safe to drop.
- Compensation Pay Range: $38.65 - $51.31
We need to decide sections.
We have:
- About the role: could include job summary and intro.
- Responsibilities: Essential Functions & Responsibilities list.
- Requirements: could combine qualifications (ASN and BSN) plus physical, mental, environmental requirements.
- Qualifications: maybe separate? But we have both ASN and BSN qualifications with pay ranges. Could combine into Qualifications section.
- Skills: maybe not explicitly listed; we have critical thinking, analytical skills, multi-task, communication, etc. Those are mental requirements. Could go under Skills.
- Benefits: not mentioned besides maybe compensation? No explicit benefits.
- Pay: we have pay ranges for ASN and BSN, and overall compensation pay range.
- Schedule: not mentioned (irregular hours including evenings, nights, weekends) is mentioned under Mental Requirements: "Ability to tolerate irregular hours including evenings, nights, and weekends." That's schedule info. Could put under Schedule section.
We must not create sections with filler like "not specified". So we include only those with real content.
Thus sections:
About the role
with intro and job summary.
Responsibilities
with list of essential functions.
Qualifications
with ASN and BSN qualifications (including education, license, BSN preferred/required, BLS CPR, pay ranges). Could also include pay ranges here? But we also have Pay section.
Better to separate Pay.
Thus Qualifications: education, license, BSN preferred/required, BLS CPR.
Pay: ASN pay range, BSN pay range, overall compensation pay range.
Schedule: ability to tolerate irregular hours including evenings, nights, weekends.
Skills: critical thinking, analytical skills, multi-task, communication, collaboration.
Requirements: physical requirements, mental requirements (excluding schedule?), environmental requirements.
But mental requirements already includes critical thinking etc. Could split: mental requirements under Skills, and schedule under Schedule.
Let's decide:
- About the role: intro + job summary.
- Responsibilities: essential functions list.
- Qualifications: education, license, BSN preferred/required, BLS CPR.
- Skills: critical thinking, analytical skills, multi-task, communication, collaboration.
- Requirements: physical requirements, environmental requirements, mental requirements (maybe we keep mental under Skills; but we have mental requirements list: critical thinking, analytical skills, ability to multi-task, ability to communicate effectively and collaborate, capacity to cope with difficult situations, ability to tolerate irregular hours...). Some of those overlap with Skills and Schedule. To avoid duplication, we can keep mental requirements under Skills (critical thinking, analytical, multi-task, communication, collaboration, coping). Schedule: irregular hours.
- Requirements: physical requirements, environmental requirements.
- Pay: ASN pay range, BSN pay range, overall compensation pay range.
- Schedule: ability to tolerate irregular hours including evenings, nights, weekends.
Check duplication: we have mental requirements list includes ability to tolerate irregular hours; we will move that to Schedule. So mental requirements left: critical thinking, analytical skills, ability to multi-task, ability to communicate effectively and collaborate, capacity to cope with difficult situations. Those go to Skills.
Now ensure we don't repeat info.
Let's extract exact text.
Intro: "Start the day excited to make a difference…end the day knowing you did. Come join our team. This Position is for a Chemo Certified RN"
Job Summary paragraph: "The Level II Competent Registered Nurse is clinically able to care for patients. The RN is responsible for the delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosing, planning, implementation, and evaluation."
Practice Standards: list of four areas. Could be part of About the role or Qualifications? It's about standards; maybe include under About the role as additional detail. We'll include in About the role after job summary.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities: list of bullet points (starting with Direct and coordinate nursing care...). We'll capture each as
