Registered Nurse (RN) - Orthopedics - $30-41 per hour

Lee Health is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for an ongoing position in Orthopedics at Cape Coral, Florida. This opportunity offers the chance to work alongside an experienced interdisciplinary team while caring for orthopedic and progressive care patients with complex medical needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and document patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Direct and coordinate nursing care for patients based on established clinical nursing practice standards.
• Collaborate with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and achieve desired patient outcomes.
• Support the organization's vision and mission by contributing to the provision of quality nursing care through excellence in customer service and performance improvement techniques.
• Utilize knowledge of patients' age and cultural diversity in the provision of patient care.
• Contribute to the provision of quality nursing care through excellence in customer service and performance improvement techniques that demonstrate positive outcomes in patient care.

Requirements

• Education: Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing required; Associates or Bachelors preferred.
• Experience: Experience required. Qualified individuals will successfully complete the competency assessment.
• Certification: Proof of American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS), current for a minimum of 90 days after hire date.
• Licenses: Currently licensed in the State of Florida.
