Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on, resident-centered care
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition
- Support and guide CNAs in delivering high-quality care
- Document care accurately in the EMR
- Assist with admissions, discharges, and transitions of care
Requirements
- Active Illinois RN or LPN license
- Current CPR certification
- Long-term care experience preferred (not required)
- Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical skills
- A compassionate and resident-first mindset
Pay
RN: $40–$42/hour
LPN: $37/hour
