Pay
- RN: $27.75 – $34.50 – $41.25 per hour
- LPN: $22.50 – $27.00 – $31.50 per hour
- MA: $20.00 – $24.00 – $28.00 per hour
- Eligible for up to $5,000 sign-on bonus
- Eligible for Student Loan Repayment Program: $167 monthly (up to $10,000 total) toward principal balance

Responsibilities
- Provide professional nursing care to patients and families; communicate with physicians and other healthcare team members to ensure excellent patient care.
- Perform general nursing care, administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with nursing standards.
- Coordinate patient care activities for the clinic.
- Prepare equipment and assist provider during procedures, treatments, examinations, and testing of patients.
- Observe, record, and report patient’s condition and reactions to drugs and treatments to provider.
- Oversee appointment scheduling, ensuring preferences are given to patients in emergency situations; maintain timely flow of patients.
- Greet patients, prepare them for physical examination, screen for appropriate information (health history, vitals, nursing assessment), and document in patient chart.
- Instruct patients in collection of samples and tests.
- Respond to patient phone calls in a timely manner with appropriate input from the physician.
- Educate patients and families about diagnostic process, medications, nutrition, and maintenance of health and wellness.
- Suggest solutions to patient care crisis problems and complaints.
- Maintain exam rooms with necessary supplies and materials; ensure cleanliness.
- Prepare list of medical supplies needed.
- Ensure appropriate labeling of pathology specimens according to lab protocol as needed.
- Perform quality control and maintain records on all lab testing.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice (Board of Nursing).
- Ability to work the specified hours (Monday–Friday, day shift, 40 hrs/week).
- Visual acuity adequate to perform position duties and ability to communicate effectively with others, hear, understand, and distinguish speech and other sounds.
