About the role
As a fast-growing, leading provider, Giving Home Health Care is committed to assisting individuals impacted by health conditions related to their work in nuclear facilities for the Department of Energy. We currently serve patients across Arizona, Colorado, Kentucky, Missouri, Nevada, New Mexico, Tennessee, Texas, and Utah.
Responsibilities
- Administer patient care in accordance with a physician-established care plan
- Complete compliant documentation of the care provided in the system of record
- Conduct patient assessments in coordination of care plan
- Perform various activities associated with daily living
- Maintain hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Communicate with family members, physicians, case managers, and other prescribed individuals regarding the health of the patients
Requirements
- Current State or Compact License as a Registered Nurse
- CPR certification
- Maintain required insurance
- Good interpersonal skills
- Hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Dependable transportation and willingness to commute to the patient's home
- Able to provide basic medical management up to medically fragile end of life care

Pay
- RN: Up to $55/hour, based on years of experience
- LPN: Up to $42/hour, based on years of experience
Schedule
- 12 hours shifts on days or nights
- 7 days a week
- Flexible schedule
