Registered Nurse (RN) – OR Circulator, Outpatient Surgery Center – Full-Time, Day Shift

This role requires a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in an Ambulatory Surgery Center (Outpatient). Responsibilities include performing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—using evidence-based practice to ensure individualized, safe care. Collaborating effectively with interdisciplinary teams, RNs coordinate care, document accurately, and promote a respectful, inclusive environment. They support performance improvement initiatives, participate in research, and serve as mentors or preceptors to foster workforce development. All activities are guided by professional standards, organizational policies, and regulatory requirements, emphasizing patient safety and quality outcomes. Qualifications include an accredited nursing program or bachelor’s degree,current RN licensure (single state or multi-state compact),BLS certification,minimum of 5 years of direct patient care experience, and strong communication, critical thinking, and technological skills.
