Responsibilities
- Assess patient’s physical and psychological needs.
- Evaluate and implement appropriate measures to assure a safe recovery from anesthesia.
- Serve as a patient advocate in the provision of care.
- Ensure patient safety during intra-operative period and with recovery from anesthesia during immediate post op period and with transport to PACU.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing;
- Current Nursing License in the State of Kansas;
- BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
- Current ACLS certifications;
Preferred Job Requirements
- Two years of experience;
