About the role
Provide compassionate, high-quality care in the operating room environment. Perform surgical procedures under the supervision of anesthesiologists and surgeons.
Responsibilities
- Assist surgeons during surgical procedures
- Prepare operating rooms for surgery
- Monitor patient vital signs
- Administer anesthesia as directed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field
- Current RN license in Minnesota
- Experience in operating room setting preferred
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical stamina and dexterity
Skills
- Proficient in operating room equipment
- Knowledge of surgical techniques
