About the role
Provide direct clinical nursing care to oncology patients, ensuring high-quality, safe, and effective treatment.
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and document patient care
- Develop and modify care plans
- Perform specialized procedures
- Supervise staff
- Coordinate multidisciplinary care
- Support the Chief Nursing Officer in maintaining care standards
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current RN licensure
- BLS certification
- Additional certifications as required (e.g., ACLS, CPI, PALS, NRP)
- Ability to perform procedures and document care accurately
- Strong clinical and supervisory skills
- Preferred: an academic nursing degree
