Job Summary

This opportunity allows you to complete cognitive and functional assessments for older adults in their home.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments of long-term care insurance policyholders
• Collect information on the insured’s current and past medical history
• Document the insured’s functional and cognitive levels
• Administer a short cognitive exam
• Lead the insured through a short demonstration activity

Requirements

• Valid, current RN license, in good standing
• Technically savvy and have access to a laptop or tablet to perform the assessment in real time
