About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of developers and leading software development projects.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of developers in delivering high-quality software solutions on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers to understand project requirements and deliverables.
- Lead code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of new features and enhancements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software development and management.
- Proven track record of successfully leading software development teams.
- Experience with agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to mentor and develop team members.
Qualifications
- Experience with software development in a variety of programming languages and frameworks.
- Knowledge of database systems and SQL.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
